Denise Walsworth

Denise's mission is to always provide extraordinary services and exceed her client's expectations by always committing to the highest level of professionalism, ethics, and standards. Denise prides herself as being a native Texan who has resided in the Dallas area for over 30 years. She earned a Bachelor's Degree at Texas A and M University and moved to Dallas soon after, starting her career in computer software sales. She excelled in this industry for over 10 years, working closely with her clients to implement software into their business processes. She soon bought a home discovering she had a passion for home decorating. She created and successfully ran a home decor and staging business working closely with her clients to list their home for sale while looking its best. Denise's experience enabled her to make a natural transition into residential real estate utilizing her skills of organization, attention to detail, and negotiation while leveraging technology to deliver her clients the most current up to date housing market information.

Representing the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) area homeowners and future homeowners, Denise is committed to listening to her clients' needs and providing a seamless process. She is very communicative, thorough, detailed-oriented, and while utilizing her strong negotiating skills she will ensure you have a successful transaction. Born and raised in Texas, Denise understands the benefits of life in the DFW area. She received her real estate license in 2011 was Rookie of the Year and has been a Top Producer year after year.

Since 2012, Denise has become a respected Realtor, who is highly regarded by her clients and other professionals in the field. She has built a team of professionals, who make up the Walsworth Properties Group, to assist clients with their buying and selling needs in Residential and Ranch properties.

She is actively involved in the community and loves to spend her free time with her adult children and friends.

Born and raised in Montreal, Canada. Wanda moved to Dallas in 1992.  She had an incredible opportunity as a coach to attend an international gymnastics training camp in Moscow, Russia in 1991, where she developed a deep love for coaching and guiding others to achieve their goals and where she met her husband. Together, they opened and operated a successful gymnastics training center here in Dallas from 1994-2015. Her passion for working with kids fueled her desire to help people achieve their goals and dreams. After many fulfilling years as a coach, she decided to follow another lifelong passion which is Real Estate. In 2016, she received her Real Estate license where she runs her business with three core values: Integrity, Passion, and Commitment. She understands selling and buying a home is complex, deeply personal, and life changing. She is grateful to be able to support, guide, and educate clients through every step of the process as they achieve their dream of homeownership.
